Jim Hall ‘Black Orpheus’ Coda – Transcription
This coda was shown to me by my old teacher and excellent guitarist, Jamie Taylor.
On the original recording the tune is actually played in G minor. I have transposed it to A minor, because this is the common key people play this tune, so it will have a practial application straight away. If you don’t know this tune it’s well worth checking out and learning; it works well at various tempos, and most musicians will know it at a jam session. Hope you all enjoy!
The band drops out and Jim plays the coda by himself around 3.32
